It's like the worst bit of the marathon, its like hitting the wall at the 18th mile, it burns so bad, it hurts and you want to quit more than you want oxygen. But then when you break through and edit an amazing chapter you feel the buzz and it runs you through 8 more chapters... does that sound bonkers?
