Well if you don't know what you're doing......I haven't a hope! Lol! Seriously though I can relate to pretty much all of this. When I'm writing a blog post, I feel I should be working on the novel. When I focus on the novel, I feel guilty for ignoring my blog! I love the company of others. I don't like the company of others. Organised one day......a big mess the following day. I often think writing this novel is the biggest torture I've ever put myself through. Biggest challenge of my whole life! Then some days I'm, 'I love writing my book, it's so easy peasy. ' Only for posts like this Sacha, I think I'd have given up long ago!!

What lovely and annoying friends! I get completely absorbed in writing and need an intervention every now and again too. It’s interesting what you say about intro vs extrovert. I think I’m more intro as I get older, but definitely need some outside stimulation!

Not sure how I managed to miss this post when you first published it Sacha! You are indeed a Superwoman and looking at what you achieved last Year, despite a whole load of sh*te, just proves it! Yes, you do have to learn to let go of certain things... in order to be as brilliant as you can be at others! And as we can see from all the comments... you are most definitely not alone! Us writers are a strange bunch, always needing to let our creativity out but wanting to do EVERYTHING else as well... Kerp doing what you do babe.
