It is true. I lost my brother in August, 2005. The 11-year old son he left behind has grown into a fine young lad, running his own business today.

The dreaded midnight call did not happen, as he chose to leave the world during the day.

A week later, we learnt that his death was due to the erroneous draining of blood by an intern, leading to organ failure.

This was dreadful.
